CEO of Accelerator Nordic AB. Chairman of the Board of AddBio AB, Archea Pharma AB, Merkatura AB, PledPharma AB, Optovent AB, OptoQ AB, Spago Imaging AB, and Synthetic MR AB. Andreas has profound experience of commercializing research and building companies.

Jörgen Buus Lassen
Jörgen has held leading positions within the R&D Division of Ferrosan A/S Denmark. During 1980-1988 Managing Director of Ferrosan R&D Division being profitable based on seven major program agreements with major pharma companies. Jörgen has more than 30 articles on the neuropharmacology of CNS drugs and Ferrosan candidate drugs. He published the first article on the antidepressant paroxetine (Paxil®) being marketed worldwide by Smith Kline Beecham (now GSK).

Jörgen founded Neurosearch A/S in 1989 and was CEO 1989-2006, CSO 2006-2008, since then senior advisor. He is also involved in the funding and board of Bavarian Nordic A/S, Zealand Pharma A/S, NSGene A/S and Sophion Bioscience A/S, and has been on the board of Effector Communications A/S and Gudme Raaschou Invest A/S. At present board member of NicOx S.A and board chairman of Evalua ApS.

Allan Simpson
Allan was Director of Strategic Alliances for GE Healthcare, Biotechnologies, Strategic Marketing.  From 2000 until 2008 Allan was Vice President for the Laboratory Separations division of Amersham Pharmacia Biotech ( later Research and Analysis).  With extensive experience of the Biotechnology and Life Science industries, Allan has held senior positions in Pharmacia, Milligen Biosearch (Millipore) and Shimadzu. He has a background in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England and several years in Muscular Dystrophy and Cancer research in Newcastle and Cambridge. Alan is a visiting lecturer at Uppsala University and an advisor to the boards of companies in the Life Science area.
