Jan-Olov Karlsson
Jan Olof G Karlsson is an assistant professor of pharmacology at University of Linköping. Currently he is responsible for the R&D within PledPharma. Karlsson is an inventor on 6 granted patents. Between 1992 and 2007 he worked as a senior scientist at Nycomed Imaging (GE Healthcare) and has been involved in the preclinical development of the X-ray contrast agent Visipaque.
David Gisselsson Nord
David Gisselsson Nord (MD, PhD) is a geneticist undergoing residency in anatomic pathology. He currently heads a childhood cancer research group at Lund University, focusing on mechanisms behind genomic alterations in cancer and on links between embryology and cancer in children. With a keen interest in academic teaching, David Gisselsson Nord is also deeply involved in teaching pathology and cancer biology to medical students.
Ib Leunbach
Ib Leunbach MD; born 1943. Graduated from The University of Copenhagen 1972. Early 1969 the inventor of a CT scanning method very similar to the later appearing and commercialize CAT-scanning. Research fellow at the University Hospital in Copenhagen “Rigshospitalet” ( X-ray ) as well as education in Clinical Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Since 1984 employed at “The department of experimental Research” ( X.-ray and MR ), the university of Lund, Sweden. 1986 the inventor of methods for Hyperpolarisation methods in Vivo applicable to humans for medical diagnosis. Further a consultant to Nycomed Innovation AB in Malmoe, Sweden. Holds a larger number of basic patents in this field. Since 2009 and currently employed as a clinical radiologist at Køge Hospital, Denmark.
