SPAGO Imaging

• has main focus and expert capabilities in chemistry and nanoscale discovery research
• performs synthesis, analysis, and in vitro experiments in house
• outsources in vivo activities
• owns and coordinates outsourced pre-clinical work
• will not run late stage clinical studies or perform sales and marketing activities directed to patients or end-users
• analyzes, evaluates and performs the right and necessary work needed to maximise value for SPAGO Imaging, its shareholders and partners or licensees
• is open to opportunities for collaborations, partnering, outlicensing and investments.
